2023 for most was a tough year!
It may have been filled with loss....painful loss of a someone near and dear to you, loss of some aspect of your physical health, loss of a relationship or job.
These events are transition points in our lives.
It's an invitation for us to depart from "what was" and take a step to something different, that is less painful, less heavy.
It's an invitation to step out of the darkness, be courageous and embrace your light again.

What I know for sure, is that ignoring your loss, sadness or grief is not the answer!
Burying yourself in work and cutting off your feelings isn't the solution either.
Unresolved feelings buried alive show up as pain and dis-ease in our body. Depending on the feeling (guilt, resentment etc.), the energetic blocks shows up in specific locations.
They cause energetic "dams" in our body. There are many of research papers published on this.
Everyone processes loss differently. Grief of a person or pet is a specific loss as they can never be replaced.
I am not a grief counsellor, but if you feel you are ready and want to take a step to live your life more fully but don't where to start, I encourage to read further.
